Spiral Dynamics integral (SDi) is a development model of Don Beck and Chris Cowan. It is based on the work of the American psychologist Clare W. Graves. SDi allowed to understand people, organization and society in the course of its history. The model provides a framework for the understanding of development processes and monitoring of change.
