Spiral Dynamics integral (SDi) is a development model of Don Beck and Chris Cowan. It is based on the work of the American psychologist Clare W. Graves. SDi allowed to understand people, organization and society in the course of its history. The model provides a framework for the understanding of development processes and monitoring of change. It allows to deal adequately with the variety of people - individuals, Groups, organizations, nations and global society. In this seminar, you are preparing the basis for an introductory text .
